The first phase of this garden renovation focuses on redefining the landscape surrounding the house to establish the main structure and atmosphere of the future property renovation. Designed in anticipation of the ongoing house transformation, the master plan integrates construction access and working areas while shaping the future gardens.
The front garden creates a new living space oriented towards morning light and afternoon shade, with a redesigned entrance and Mediterranean drought tolerant vegetation. The backyard combines functional and recreational spaces including a football field / caravan parking, terraced leveling, and rocky slopes. Large, carefully placed boulders are introduced to create a strong rock garden character, enhancing the naturalistic Mediterranean identity of the site. All planting is designed with low-maintenance, drought-adapted species suited to the local climate.
