This project is located within a large condominium set in a pine forest with  sandy soil. The clients requested a renovation of the immediate surroundings of  the house. 

The design focuses on refreshing the timber deck structure surrounding the  swimming pool, revisiting the pergola to make it mosquito-proof, and  introducing climate-adapted vegetation to create lush, green views throughout  the property. The entrance and car park areas are also redesigned,  incorporating vegetation and boulders to stabilise the soil and bring a stronger  landscape character to the property.
