Boom Festival

Boom festival is located in the north east of Portugal, close to the Spanish border.
I have participated since 2017 in the sacred fire team. We worked on site for a few months before the festival started.

The principal mission is to maintain and create gardens combined with artistic shapes and constructions to welcome more than 30000 people during one week. All around the space people can find sitting places, green gardens, hidden spots, platforms, benches, lights, water points, shades all in contact with nature. This space offers unique experiences in nature with a large program of activities.

This project had been done with mostly recycled materials from past editions and with what nature has to offer. The recycling playground challenges your neurons to bring to life crazy ideas, it’s a booster for creativity and land art skills.
